False Accusations by the Son of Adam

📖Sahih al-Bukhari 4482
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet ï·ș said: Allah said: ‘The son of Adam tells a lie against Me though he has no right to do so, and he abuses Me though he has no right to do so. As for his telling a lie against Me, it is that he claims that I cannot recreate him as I created him before; and as for his abusing Me, it is his statement that I have offspring. No! Glorified be Me! I am far from taking a wife or offspring.

Explanation:

This hadith reveals two major lies that humans make about Allah:

  1. The Atheist Lie“God cannot recreate us after we die.”
This is a denial of resurrection. Atheists claim that once the body turns to dust, there’s no return. But Allah, who created humans from nothing the first time, is even more capable of bringing them back. Denying resurrection is denying His power.

📖Quran 36:78-79
“He presents for Us an example and forgets his creation. He says, ‘Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?’ Say, ‘He who created them the first time will give them life again.’”

  1. The Christian Lie – “God has a son.”
This is an even more serious accusation – calling Allah a “Father” and attributing to Him a “Son.” This is an abuse of His divine perfection. Allah is not a man, not bound by human needs or relationships. He has no wife, no partner, no child.

1. Why can’t God have a son without a wife?”

Because a son implies a nature, a lineage, and a resemblance – and all of that requires some kind of origin or process. Whether with a wife or without – having a son implies that God produces something like Himself.

📖Quran 6:101
“How could He have a son when He has no consort (partner)?”
He created all things, and He is the All-Knowing of everything.

Allah is One and Unique.
Everything else is His creation.
If He “has a son,” that son must either:

  • Be a part of Him → which means Allah is divisible (impossible).
  • Be separate from Him → which means the son is created, not divine.

You can’t have both.

2. God can do anything” – Yes, but not anything self-contradictory.

Allah can do everything that is consistent with His perfection, but He does not do things that contradict His own nature.

Examples:

  • Can God lie? No – because lying is imperfection.
  • Can God die? No – because death is for the weak.
  • Can God have a child? No – because a child is for the dependent.

Having a son – with or without a wife – implies:

  • Need for continuation (as humans do),
  • Change or transition, and
  • Similarity with the son – all of which contradict tawheed.

📖Quran 39:4
“Had Allah intended to take a son, He could have chosen anyone He willed from what He creates. But exalted is He! He is Allah, the One, the Supreme.”

He could create anything – but He does not take it as a child. He is above that.

A son is either begotten (biological) – which implies a partner and physical process
— or adopted/metaphorical – which makes the worship of the “son” meaningless.

But Allah is not a man, not a father, not a species, and not in need of anyone.
The word “father” used in the Bible is a human-made concept, not a literal truth. It may have been used metaphorically to express God’s love – but God is not a father. He is more loving than any father, and far beyond such comparisons. Humans call their biological male parent “father,” so they projected the same idea onto God. But this is their own invention, not a divine reality. Allah is far above all such associations.

📖Quran 19:88-92
And they say, ‘The Most Merciful has taken a son.’ You have brought forth something monstrous! The heavens almost rupture from it, the earth splits, and the mountains collapse – because they attribute a son to the Most Merciful.

📖Quran 112:3
“He neither begets, nor is born.”

So whether with a wife or without – the concept of sonship does not apply to Him.

If you claim God has a son, then prove it:
  • Who is His partner to produce a son?
  • Where did God say, “This is My literal son, worship him”?
  • What makes this “son” divine like the Creator – uncreated, eternal, all-powerful?
  • Why would the Most Merciful need a child?
  • Can a son of God die, be born, or suffer like humans?
  • Isn’t calling someone “son of God” metaphorical in your own Bible?
  • Does creation give birth to the Creator – or is the Creator above all that?

1. If God is not male or female, why would He “beget” a male child?

  • God is not a human, nor does He have a gender. So the very idea of “begetting” is a human biological concept.
  • If Christians insist Jesus is “begotten” and God’s Son, the logical follow-up is:
Why not a daughter? Why must divinity be male?

This shows the idea of a male son is anthropomorphic – humans projecting male superiority into theology.

2. Male preference exposes cultural bias, not divine truth

  • In ancient Jewish and Greco-Roman societies, sons were favored. Daughters were often considered less significant.
  • So calling Jesus a Son was culturally convenient, not theologically necessary.
  • If Jesus had been a woman, people back then may have rejected the message – but that proves the message was tailored to culture, not absolute divine plan.

3. God’s power should not depend on gender

  • If a daughter couldn’t be the savior, then that limits God’s power and justice.

  • A real God could just as easily choose a woman. But Christianity never entertained that thought – not because of God, but because of male-dominated society.

4. Logical inconsistency: Trinity includes only males

  • Father, Son, Holy Spirit -mall conceptualized as masculine.
  • Where’s the female counterpart? If God is complete, why no feminine balance?
  • Even pagan religions had both goddesses and gods. Christianity made God a patriarch.

The term “Father” was used metaphorically in older scriptures to mean protector or caretaker – not biological parent. Saying “God is our Father” was symbolic of love – but it doesn’t mean He has a literal son, Even Jesus never said, “I am the literal son of God.” In fact, the Bible says: Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” (Matthew 5:9) That shows “sons of God” was just a title, used for good people – not a divine bloodline.

So, if God truly had a son:

📖Quran 43:81
Say: “If the Most Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him.”
This is a rhetorical challenge. The Prophet ï·ș said: “If it were true, I would accept it – but it’s not. So prove it.”

Don’t bring weak contradictions from your book. If Jesus is begotten, then let him come down from heaven himself and tell us he’s the begotten son. If he was crucified and rose – let him come die in front of us and rise again. Until then – don’t waste time repeating fantasy as proof.
