Angels Descend to Watch and Record Your Prayers

📖Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 7429, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 632
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
“A group of angels stay with you by night and another group of angels by day. They meet together at the time of afternoon prayer and dawn prayer, then those who stayed with you ascend to the heavens. Allah asks them, although He knows better than them: How did you leave My servants? The angels say: We left them while they were praying, and we came to them while they were praying.”

This hadith highlights the importance of Salah (prayer) and the constant care of believers by angels. Angels are assigned to watch over people, recording their deeds and witnessing their worship. Even though Allah is All-Knowing, He asks the angels about His servants to teach us the value of prayer and the reward it brings, showing its significance and the attention it receives from the heavens.
