Abu Huraira reported: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “Look at those who stand at a lower level than you but don’t look at those who stand at a higher level than you…”

Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “O group of the emigrants and the helpers, among your brethren there are people who have neither property nor family…”

Abu Dharr reported: Some of the Companions said to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): “The rich have taken away all the reward. They pray as we do, fast as we do…”

Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “By his good character a believer will attain the degree of one who prays during the night and fasts…”

Nawwas b. Sam’an al-Ansari reported: I asked Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) about virtue and vice. He said: “Virtue is a kind disposition and vice is what rankles in your heart…”

Abu Hurairah narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Be cautious, and you will be the most devoted. Be content, and you will be the most grateful…”

Hudhaifah narrated: The Messenger of Allah said: “Do not be a people without a will of your own, saying: ‘If people treat us well, we will treat them well…’”

Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so…”
