Aishah narrated: “There was no behavior more hated to the Messenger of Allah than lying. A man would lie in narrating something in the presence of the Prophet, and he would not be content until he knew that he had repented…”

It was narrated from Abu Huraira that: Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) used to seek refuge (in Allah) from the evil of what has been decreed, from misery, from the mockery of (triumphant) enemies, and from severe calamity…

Narrated `Ali: We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a funeral procession, and he started scraping the ground with a small stick and said, “There is none amongst you but has been assigned a place (either) in Paradise and (or) in the Hell-Fire…”

Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Verily, a man would perform the deeds of the people of Paradise for a long time, then his deeds would be concluded with the deeds of the people of Hell…

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Perish the slave of Dinar, Dirham, Qatifa (thick soft cloth), and Khamisa (a garment), for if he is given, he is pleased; otherwise he is dissatisfied…”

Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “If Adam’s son had a valley full of gold, he would like to have two valleys, for nothing fills his mouth except dust…”

Anas reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: “When Allah fashioned Adam in Paradise, He left him as He liked him to leave. Then Iblis roamed round him to see what actually that was…”

Narrated Muawiya: I heard Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) saying, “If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah…”
