Sharia Law – Guidelines and Discretion
All these rules are based on the Qur’an and Hadith. Some laws come from interpretation and observation. Not every detail is explicitly mentioned in Islam, so discretion and contextual judgment are needed to implement them.
- Hijab Requirement
Every Muslim girl must wear hijab before marriage. After marriage, once she has 1-2 children, wearing hijab becomes optional, at her discretion. Before that stage, she must not appear in public without hijab; only her face and hands may be shown, Fraudulent mullahs, scholars, and so-called leaders have the audacity to parade their wives half-naked like Westerners, and for you, it’s apparently allowed. - Education
Education must focus primarily on Islamic history, Qur’an, and Hadith-based knowledge. Other subjects such as mathematics, science, and computer studies are allowed but should serve practical and beneficial purposes. Secular or un-Islamic content should be removed from the curriculum. - Divorce
Divorce must be allowed only under court supervision to prevent misuse. This ensures protection for both husband and wife and prevents exploitation by malicious individuals. - Multiple Marriages
A man may marry multiple wives only with court permission. This ensures that previous wives are not treated unjustly. Islam permits polygamy for justice, but misuse for personal pleasure is forbidden, in line with the Qur’anic guidance (Qur’an 4:3). - Alcohol Regulation
Alcohol shops must be banned for Muslims. Non-Muslims may only buy alcohol with official court verification (passport or other documents proving they are not Muslim). Any Muslim caught purchasing alcohol will face legal consequences. Any shop violating this rule will be closed and fined. - Charity and Zakat
Every year, wealthy and middle-class Muslims must contribute money based on their income to the mosque. The mosque will distribute these funds to verified poor individuals. Courts or any government authority guided by Qur’an and Hadith must audit and verify the distribution to prevent misuse, Any middle-class or wealthy Muslim who disagrees with this should leave Muslim countries. If they can pay for Netflix or other unnecessary subscriptions, they cannot refuse paying for the poor. A real Muslim will never neglect this obligation. Contributions must be based on income and strictly enforced as a mandatory duty, not optional. - Guarding Sight and Conduct
Muslim men should not look at women without a valid reason. Violations should be reported to local authorities. This promotes modesty and respect in society. - Internet and Social Media Regulation
Platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), and dating apps should be banned if they allow posts mocking Islam or the Prophet ﷺ, or violate Islamic principles. Platforms collecting data from Muslims and profiting while allowing blasphemy must be restricted. Users’ privacy and religious dignity must be prioritized. These platforms should be replaced with a fully controlled, state-regulated alternative, similar to the Chinese model, where content is monitored, blasphemy is blocked, and user data is securely managed under Islamic laws. - Blasphemy Laws
Any deliberate act mocking or insulting Allah or any of the Prophets in Muslim countries must be punishable by law. Although the Qur’an and Hadith do not prescribe immediate death for every case, for the past 1200-1300 years, Islamic tradition has treated such acts as unforgivable. Therefore, under this legal framework, the punishment is final and capital – anyone committing such blasphemy shall face death, as this protects the sanctity of Islam, preserves respect for all Prophets, and prevents continuous harm to Muslim communities. - Additional Guideline – Public Morality and Media
All forms of media, including television, internet content, films, and advertisements, must strictly align with Islamic values. Content that promotes adultery, pornography, vulgarity, blasphemy, or LGBTQ+ practices must be banned. Muslim girls should not be allowed to participate in movies, TV serials, or any similar productions, If a person wishes to join such productions for financial reasons, it becomes the duty of the state or the majority to provide support. Court supervision must ensure compliance with these rules, and creators or participants who violate them must face strict legal consequences. - Legal Marriage Age
The legal marriage age for girls is set at 9 years and above. From ages 9 to 14, a girl has the right to express her opinion about marriage, but her parents do not have the authority to arrange her marriage before she turns 14. Once she reaches 14, it becomes necessary for parents to seek her consent if they wish her to marry. This process must be strictly regulated by the government, with court approval required to ensure legality, Ultimately, the girl herself must choose whether to marry at any age, 9, 18, or even 90, based on her readiness and informed consent. No male guardian or external party has the authority to override her choice. Government authorities must ensure that her decision is fully voluntary and informed, in accordance with Islamic principles, In Muslim marriage, there is always an official process connected to government verification, making it fully possible to verify consent and legality. - Gambling and Prediction Apps
All gambling apps, including those that allow users to bet, predict, or answer questions like “Will this team win today? Yes or No,” must be banned in Muslim countries. Such apps promote gambling, encourage risk-taking, and exploit users’ money, which is strictly prohibited in Islam. Legal enforcement must ensure these platforms are blocked, and any operators facilitating them face strict penalties.
These rules are fully supported by Islamic scripture and context. For more details, you can refer to the articles published on this site. Everything included here is directly connected to Qur’an and Hadith references, which you can verify from the original sources, The reality is that many so-called Islamic countries are enslaved by international laws that Islam neither supports nor condones. Any true Muslim who follows Islam will not accept them. In any Muslim country, all Muslims, including scholars and leaders, must agree to these rules. Anyone who knowingly rejects or openly disagrees with them will not be considered a Muslim but will instead be regarded as a slave of the West and an enemy of Islam, Compliance with these laws is mandatory for all citizens to maintain religious unity and societal order. If these rules are ignored or not applied, those individuals should not even use the name of Islam. They become a source of corruption and harm for Muslims living in non-Muslim countries. Such people invent nothing except slavish admiration for the West, contributing to backwardness while pretending to represent Islam, These rules are not complete, but they cover the most important principles necessary to follow Islam correctly.
