Declaration on Acts that Betray Islam

We declare with clarity: Anyone who knowingly adopts and promotes practices that harm Islam, society, and the Ummah, while claiming to be Muslim, has fallen into grave sins and actions that lead directly toward kufr unless they repent sincerely, It has been over 1400 years since the Qur’an and Sunnah were revealed in full, and it is not required to repeat the same warnings again and again. Every Muslim already knows the clear guidance, yet many still choose the path of imitation of the enemies of Allah. After deep reflection, we conclude that those who persist in these practices have made themselves allies of the kuffar and enemies of Islam, Today, countless Muslims finance and empower systems that openly commit genocide, spread immorality, and encourage rebellion against Allah. By supporting Western entertainment, music, indecent imagery, videos, Western education above Islamic knowledge, foreign clothing styles while abandoning Islamic dress, and even donating through platforms that strengthen the enemies of Islam, they are no longer innocent – they have become complicit in spreading corruption across the Ummah, Such people stand in opposition to Islam itself. They must repent, return to the commands of Allah, and restore loyalty to the Ummah. Whoever refuses has chosen the side of disbelief over the side of Islam.

Acts that Lead Toward Kufr and Destroy Faith

1. Pornography and shamelessness: Watching pornography continuously instead of choosing marriage. Islam commanded marriage as protection; turning to shamelessness is rebellion.

2. Financing oppression through social media: Subscribing to X (Twitter), Facebook, or Western entertainment while the poor in the Ummah cry for food is betrayal. These platforms openly support genocide, normalize blasphemy against Islam, and spread disbelief against all religions. Supporting them financially – through ad clicks, subscriptions, or donations – is strengthening the enemies of Allah. Paying money to immoral platforms such as dating apps is an act of kufr, as it directly funds corruption and disbelief. For individuals working in governance, da’wah, or professional responsibilities where a subscription plan (such as Blue check verification or budgeted tools) is necessary, an exception may apply. But for the general public, all unnecessary payments must stop.
   ➡️ Note: Using such platforms only for da’wah or news is not the issue. The problem is giving them money and resources, as they use it to fund blasphemy and genocide.

Because of your corruption, children no longer learn morality, discipline, or true Islamic knowledge. Instead, they are raised to chase romance, immorality, and worldly desires. From the earliest years, they are trained to imitate Western lifestyles, follow empty trends, and neglect the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith. This system blinds them to their religion, wastes their time on useless knowledge, and destroys their sense of right and wrong. If even one book written directly from the Qur’an and Hadith were taught at every level of schooling – starting simple for children and gradually increasing with their age – their hearts and minds would naturally be shaped by Islam. Holding such a book in their hands daily would build their character, strengthen their morality, and root their identity in faith. Even if modern education taught nothing else, this alone would give them the foundation they need to live by Islam. But instead, under your corrupted system, out of every 100 children, nearly 80 grow up confused about their faith, blind to their responsibilities, and disconnected from their purpose – because you failed to provide the guidance Allah made obligatory. After 70–80 years of this so-called “modern education,” what have you achieved? Where are your scientists, your discoveries, your inventions? What have you produced for the world, except graduates who chase status, wealth, and worldly enjoyment, while being spiritually empty? You keep using the past Muslim scholars, inventors, and thinkers as your reference – as proof of what Islam “once did” – yet you fail to realize that those very achievements came only because their education was rooted in Qur’an, Hadith, and the fear of Allah. Without that foundation, your system produces nothing but blind followers, not leaders, not creators, not believers.

4. Blind imitation of the West: Promoting or wearing Western clothes while abandoning Islamic dress is direct obedience to kuffar culture. If the West says “do it” and Muslims obey while ignoring Islam, this is rebellion and betrayal.

5. Music and immoral media: Listening to or watching Western music, videos, and dances filled with shameless images corrupts the heart. The way such media is presented today – with nudity and open immorality – makes it haram and a path toward kufr.

6. Family corruption: Divorce and multiple marriages must be done only after Shariah guidance and proper court permission.

7. Dowry: Accepting and normalizing dowry, which Islam never commanded and strongly opposed, is corruption and oppression disguised as culture.

8. Neglect of Women’s Islamic Knowledge: Girls’ Islamic learning must be prioritized alongside other education. Ignoring Qur’an and Sunnah makes society chase after wealth, jobs, and worldly degrees to measure worth. This must be corrected and declared by every country, with legal enforcement: if someone seeks marriage based on riches, worldly education, or job status instead of religious knowledge and practice, there must be punishment. Only then will all be made equal, with righteousness as the true standard.

9. Donations through enemy systems: Refusing to create hand-to-hand donation systems under mosques, and instead using Western-controlled banks, PayPal, or Microsoft that fund genocide, is betrayal of the Ummah.

10. Glorifying Western systems: Supporting, promoting, or glorifying Western ideologies and lifestyles that bring no benefit to society, while abandoning Islamic commands, is a declaration of loyalty to disbelief.

11. Marriage Age and Consent: The legal marriage age should be set at 9. As soon as a girl reaches 9, she must be allowed to tell her family if she wishes to marry. However, the family has no right to pressure or ask her for marriage before she reaches 14. Once she turns 14, the family may ask, but if she wishes to express her readiness earlier (from age 9 onwards), she must be allowed to do so openly without shyness or fear. Any family that disagrees with this goes against the Qur’an and is following either pagan culture or some other false custom. In Islam, the right to choose rests with the girl herself. While we recommend that girls marry after 18, if a girl wishes to marry earlier, she may do so from the age of 9, provided it is her own choice, The same principle applies to boys, but boys are advised to marry only after the age of 22. Both boys and girls have the right to freely choose their spouse. Families cannot force them into marriage without their agreement. Forcing them or denying their right to express their choice is an act of kufr and can push them toward sinful behavior such as pornography, The family’s duty is only to ensure that the husband is capable, responsible, and able to provide for his wife and family. Beyond that, the decision of who to marry rests solely with the girl or boy, Therefore, if families fail to ask their daughters or sons about marriage at the appropriate age, the children are allowed to openly express their willingness. Families must not force them, try to control them, or show anger against their choice, as such behavior is an act of kufr. Whoever goes against this will face the curse of Allah, This ruling applies to every Muslim and every country where Muslims live, regardless of local laws or customs.

Note: The current laws in many Muslim countries, and even in the West, are horrible, as they allow families or society to prevent girls from marrying according to their own choice in the name of modernity. This often pushes them toward sinful behaviors, such as watching pornography or engaging in inappropriate chats, and is a source of sexual abuse and rape. By default, this goes against girls’ rights, since they want to marry but are being forced not to. Such practices are praised in the West, but Islam does not agree with adultery, corruption, or immoral cults that originated from the West. If anyone wants to promote “modernity” and contribute to rape around the world, they should go to Western countries, change their name, and abandon their religion.

4. Islamic Ruling on Evolution and Education: Any parent who allows their children to read or even see anything related to Darwinian evolution from school or college books is exposing them to a Western disease and goes out of Islam. Any government that permits the teaching of Darwinian evolution or related ideas in schools or colleges is an enemy of Islam, spreading corruption and disbelief among the youth. This Western disease promotes false ideas about creation, undermines faith in Allah, and encourages following the ways of disbelievers. Therefore, books on Darwinian evolution must be burned, and children must not be sent to schools or colleges that provide them. Anyone who knowingly distributes books promoting Darwinian evolution at that moment goes out of Islam.

5. Movies, TV, and blind imitation of the West: Working in, allowing, or defending movies and TV serials in Muslim countries (unless based on real history and presented respectfully) is like allowing prostitution and immorality. Supporting or imitating Western culture, media, or lifestyles blindly while abandoning Islamic commands is rebellion against Allah and a path toward kufr. It is only permissible for non-Muslims to work in these industries if they choose, and they must not call themselves Muslim. If anyone allows a Muslim to work in these industries, they must also stop using the Muslim name. If a country permits such activities, it must stop using the Islamic name, as doing otherwise disrespects Islam. Since movies and TV serials are already produced by the West and India, Muslims do not need to work in them. Watching them for personal interest can be allowed, but participating in making them is forbidden.

If someone doing this for money, then it is the duty of the community and leadership to first identify who is truly fit for such things and give them money freely, without forcing them into this work. A Muslim has no reason to watch a girl and boy touching each other for money. Whoever does so is nothing but a devil in human form hiding behind the Muslim name.

All of you have allowed the blasphemy of Allah and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to spread openly on social media platforms, alongside pornography, nude images, and other immoral content. You have also allowed students to be exposed to every kind of immorality – gossip, vulgarity, sexual content, and disobedience – as if it were normal or acceptable. You have even allowed blasphemy against Jesus, Moses, and all other prophets, where AI generates almost nude images of religious characters. Which God commanded such things? Is this what you now call modernity – to permit the nudity of religious figures in the name of freedom of speech?

📖Surah An-Nur (24:19)
Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows, while you know not.

This verse indicts the current education and social system because it promotes exactly what is warned against – immorality, gossip, romance, blasphemy, and distraction from true faith. Instead of building hearts and minds on Qur’an and Hadith, the system encourages students to engage in behavior that corrupts their character and weakens their faith. Social media, movies, TV serials, and other forms of entertainment must reduce nudity and immoral content; you have the power and responsibility to control this within your countries. Allowing such content in any Muslim country falls under this verse, as it propagates the same immorality and distraction. Those who knowingly permit these things while claiming to follow Islam are hypocrites. Until they abandon this corruption and implement guidance rooted in Qur’an and Hadith, we declare them kafir.

• You’re all enjoying a lavish lifestyle while using the name of Islam as a mask, yet you ignore the very scripture – making yourselves worse enemies of Islam than non-Muslims. If you do not want to apply all the listed points, then stop using the name of Islam, because by promoting immorality you are disrespecting it. We will all be held accountable on the Day of Judgment for this betrayal. So stop using the name of Islam – whether you are Arabs, Iranians, Turks, Pakistanis or anyone else, it makes no difference. If a country has a Muslim majority, then either apply these rulings or declare openly that your country is not Islamic, and stop using Islam as a cover for your ignorance.

Until all of you implement the following in your education and lifestyle:

1. Include a new book derived from Qur’an and Hadith, written with all the important teachings and proper context, in schools and college books.
2. Pay teachers who are knowledgeable in both Islam and other essential subjects, rather than supporting secular “monsters” in schools and colleges. You can hire new teachers who are qualified in both Islam and other subjects if needed to teach Muslim students properly.
3. Ensure children are taught this book gradually according to class level, shaping their hearts and minds to understand right and wrong.
4. Remove all immoral content – blasphemy, pornography, gossip, romance, and worldly distractions – from education and public platforms.
5. Pornography and shamelessness: Stop continuous consumption of pornography instead of pursuing marriage. Islam commands marriage as protection; turning to shamelessness is rebellion.
6. Financing oppression through social media: Stop paying or supporting X (Twitter), Facebook, Western entertainment, dating apps, or other platforms that fund corruption, genocide, or disbelief. Exceptions apply only for professional necessity, but unnecessary payments must stop.

Until these conditions are applied in your lifestyle and systems, we declare all of you kafir. This applies only to those who knowingly engage in these actions, especially scholars and leaders. If you come to know of these rulings and still do not follow them, you are out of Islam. If you are a scholar or leader and fail to follow the listed rulings or fail to warn and guide others, then you are also kafir, trying to make money and deceive people under the Islamic name. This declaration comes from me and all who agree with me, based on the Qur’an and Hadith. So repent if you are one of them, or leave Islam, do not cover lies under the Islamic name.

Scope & Jurisdiction (Clarification)

• Applies to Muslims in Muslim countries: This declaration addresses Muslims living in Muslim societies, where Islamic ethics and communal responsibilities are expected to guide public life.
• Does not apply to non-Muslims: These points do not apply to non-Muslims, whether they live in Muslim or non-Muslim countries. Non-Muslims have their personal choices and are accountable to the civil law of the land.
• Non-Muslims in Muslim countries: Their personal conduct remains their choice within the law; they are subject to state law – not religious policing by individuals.
• Criminal acts are a separate matter: Crimes such as rape, murder, theft, and violence are dealt with by lawful authorities and due process. This document does not license vigilantism or private enforcement.
• Muslims in non-Muslim countries: Muslims must obey local laws while upholding Islamic ethics personally. This declaration is a moral warning for Muslims, not a legal ruling for others. A girl is allowed to marry at 14, but it must be her personal choice. If the government does not permit it, Muslims are not obliged to follow that restriction, because the authorities are not your religious boss. However, marriage is only valid if the girl consents freely; forcing her in any way is strictly forbidden.
• Spending in non-Muslim countries: Muslims living in non-Muslim countries must not financially support Western companies or platforms such as X, Facebook, or others that are involved in blasphemy or genocide. Regarding other matters, Muslims living among different religions, cultures, and ideologies may fall into mistakes due to the surrounding environment, and allowances are recognized for such challenges

This is a final declaration of warning: After 1400 years of complete guidance, no excuse remains.
