Women in the Bible
In this article, we’ve exposed how women are portrayed in the Bible and how Christianity itself fails to follow its own teachings. The verses, when understood in context, reveal the reality of how women were viewed – yet modern Christians conveniently ignore them while pretending to champion “women’s rights.” Instead of following their own scripture, they’ve rebranded modesty as oppression and turned nudity into a so-called “right.” Hypocrisy at its finest, Read the complete article to see the truth they don’t want you to know.
📖Matthew 19:29
“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.”
- So, Jesus is out here telling people to abandon their families, even their wives, for his sake? Sounds more like a cult leader’s recruitment pitch than divine wisdom. A true prophet of God wouldn’t encourage family abandonment. In reality, this is likely an addition by the authors of Matthew, who weren’t even eyewitnesses to Jesus’ life. Also, doesn’t the Bible claim that honoring parents is a commandment? Looks like another contradiction, leave them or honor them, pick one.
📖2 Corinthians 11:2-13
“I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him. But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.”
- Here we go again, blaming women. Eve gets the blame for “deceiving” humanity, as if Adam had no free will. But the reality is, Paul is just reinforcing the idea that women are gullible and easily misled. It’s funny how Christianity demonizes Eve but conveniently ignores that Adam ate too. Also, where’s Jesus in all this? Paul keeps making up his own religion instead of quoting Jesus’ actual teachings.
📖1 Corinthians 11:9
“And man was not made for woman, but woman was made for man.”
- So basically, according to this verse, women are just accessories for men- like furniture or pets. No wonder Christian history is full of misogyny. Even though reality shows men need women just as much, this verse sets up the classic patriarchal idea that women exist to serve men, not as equals. Again, this is Paul, not Jesus, Paul’s letters are a mess of contradictions that often don’t align with any divine message.
📖1 Timothy 2:11-14
“A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.”
- Wow, what a great way to silence half the population. According to Paul, women are not only submissive but also the reason sin exists. The irony? Christianity was later forced to adjust this ideology because women were actually the ones keeping churches running. Yet, modern churches still struggle with allowing women to lead. Imagine following the words of Paul, a man who never even met Jesus, over actual divine wisdom.
📖1 Corinthians 14:34-35
“Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.”
- So, women can’t even ask questions in church? They have to sit there in silence and wait until they get home? Looks like Christianity built its own version of oppression while pretending to be about “love and equality.” But here’s the kicker, Jesus himself had women as followers, and they were the first to witness his supposed resurrection. Yet Paul comes along decades later and strips them of their voice.
📖1 Corinthians 11:3
“But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.”
This verse destroys the entire foundation of the Trinity. If Christ has a “head” over him, how can he be equal to God? The hierarchy is clear:
- God is above Christ
- Christ is above man
- Man is above woman
Meaning, Jesus is not God, and women are placed at the bottom of the chain. If that’s divine justice, then Christianity has some serious explaining to do.
📖Ephesians 5:22
“Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.”
- Women, obey your husbands like you obey Jesus. This verse doesn’t say “respect” or “work together”, it says submit like a servant. Christianity treats marriage as a master-servant relationship rather than a partnership. And remember, this is coming from Paul, not Jesus. Jesus never said anything about wives needing to submit, yet Christianity somehow built its entire marriage system on Paul’s personal opinions.
And let’s not forget, this contradicts Paul’s own words in:
📖 Galatians 3:28
“There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
Oh, so when it’s convenient, Paul preaches equality, but when it comes to women in marriage, he suddenly forgets and reinstates patriarchy. So which one is it, Paul? Christianity can’t have it both ways.
📖Sirach 25:13 (Catholic Bible)
“The breaking of your heart by an evil woman is the most painful of all injuries.”
- Ah yes, another verse blaming women. How about a verse about evil men? Oh right, that doesn’t fit the Christian agenda. This idea is rooted in the belief that Eve was the source of evil, which itself is a false claim. Also, didn’t Solomon have 700 wives and concubines? No complaints from him when he was collecting them. But suddenly, an “evil woman” is worse than any other injury? The hypocrisy is hilarious.
📖 Sirach 22:3 (Catholic Bible)
“It is a disgrace to a father to have an undisciplined child, especially if it is a daughter.”
- Oh look, it’s always the daughter who is a disgrace, not the son. Christianity keeps promoting the idea that women are the problem, and this has led to centuries of oppressive traditions where daughters are controlled more than sons. If a child is undisciplined, shouldn’t the parents be responsible, not just blame the daughter?
📖1 Timothy 2:15
“But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love, and holiness with propriety.”
- Hold up- so women aren’t saved by Jesus dying on the cross? Instead, their salvation depends on giving birth? This completely contradicts the whole “faith alone” doctrine. It also reduces women’s value to only being mothers. If Christianity truly respected women, it wouldn’t say their entire salvation is tied to childbearing.
📖Sirach 9:8
“Turn your eye away from a shapely woman, and don’t stare at beauty belonging to someone else. Many have gone astray because of a woman’s beauty, and out of it affection flames up like a fire.”
- Even their own scripture warns that looking at immodest women leads men to lust, yet they shamelessly promote nudity and call it “freedom.” They flaunt themselves, expose their bodies, and then act shocked when society is filled with corruption. And when the consequences hit, broken families, immorality, skyrocketing adultery, they come with their devil’s trick, blaming Islam for “oppressing women” simply because it upholds modesty, Studies prove that exposing excessive skin triggers lust in men, activating the brain’s reward system like addictive substances. Research in neuroscience shows that men viewing provocative images have increased activity in the nucleus accumbens, the same brain region involved in addiction. Even psychology confirms that overexposure to immodesty desensitizes people, leading to higher rates of infidelity, objectification, and moral decay, So why do they ignore their own book and deny science at the same time? Because hypocrisy is their way of life!
📖 Sirach 25:21-23 (Catholic Bible)
“Don’t fall for a woman’s beauty, and don’t long for a woman. There will be anger, shamelessness, and utter disgrace when a wife provides for her husband. A wicked wife causes a humiliated heart, a gloomy face, and a wounded heart. Drooping hands and weakened knees come from a woman who doesn’t make her husband happy.”
- Ah, here we go again, blaming women for everything. If a man is unhappy, it must be his wife’s fault. If he’s feeling weak or defeated, it’s not his own failures, it’s because his wife isn’t “making him happy.” But let’s talk about reality, mwho created a society where women are constantly objectified? Who turned them into a product to be sold on screens, in magazines, and on OnlyFans? Who told them that their only value is in looking “beautiful” to men, and then condemned them for it? And then, when men chase after that beauty, they come with their devilish trick, “Oh no, it’s the woman’s fault for being too attractive!” This verse exposes the same hypocrisy we see today: push women into shamelessness, exploit them for profit, and then turn around and blame them for society’s downfall.
📖Luke 2:23
“Every firstborn male is to be consecrated to the Lord.”
- And what about firstborn females? Apparently, God only wants the boys. Christianity has always had this weird obsession with male superiority, treating women as second-class citizens. This verse proves it, only sons matter, while daughters are just an afterthought, And today? They mock this history as if they’ve “evolved,” but what did they really do? Did they make women “first-class citizens”? No, they just turned them into entertainment for men – porn, OnlyFans, Hollywood, kissing scenes in every Netflix show. They scream about “women’s empowerment” while reducing them to objects, stripping them of dignity, and selling their bodies for clicks and profit, At least in biblical times, they were honest about their discrimination. Now, they just rebranded it as “freedom.”
📖Sirach 25:19
Compared with the troubles caused by a woman, any other trouble looks small. May such women suffer the fate of sinners!”
Christians love preaching “Christianity values women! It promotes equality!”—but their own Bible says a bad woman is worse than any other trouble. 😂
And honestly, who can argue with this? Look at today’s world:
- False accusations? Ruining lives in court.
- Social media manipulation? Using beauty to control men.
- “Feminist empowerment”? Selling their dignity for money online.
Seems like this verse was just ahead of its time. But sure, keep telling yourself the Bible is all about “love and respect” while it literally curses women in multiple places. 🤡
📖Sirach 25:17
The sadness of the heart is every plague: and the wickedness of a woman is all evil.”
Some Christians say, “The Bible doesn’t degrade women!”—but here it is, calling them the greatest plague.
And before anyone cries “That’s unfair!”, let’s ask:
- Who exploits men emotionally and financially?
- Who built entire industries out of vanity, greed, and deception?
- Who turned relationships into transactions while still demanding “traditional men”?
Of course, not all women, but let’s be real—, the worst ones are celebrated and promoted in this culture, So maybe this verse isn’t “misogynistic”, maybe it’s just describing the consequences of unchecked female power.
📖Ecclesiasticus 25:19
“All wickedness is but little to the wickedness of a woman: let the portion of a sinner fall upon her.”
- So every evil is small compared to the evil of a woman? But I thought Christianity was about “love and equality”! If Christians actually read their own book, they’d realize it doesn’t just put women below men, it straight-up says they are worse than any other wickedness. 😂 And let’s be honest, many men have lost their lives, money, and sanity because of women using their “power” for destruction, So instead of getting mad at this verse, maybe start asking why it was written in the first place.
📖Sirach 25:24-26
“Sin began with a woman, and we must all die because of her. Don’t let a bad wife have her way, any more than you would allow water to leak from your cistern. If she won’t do as you tell her, divorce her.”
- Wait, didn’t Jesus say divorce is only allowed in cases of adultery (Matthew 19:9)? So what happened here? A contradiction? 🤡 And before Christians cry “This isn’t in our Bible!”, yes, it is. Just because your scholars removed books doesn’t mean they never existed, The Bible actually tried to give men some backbone, but Christian men today are taught to worship their wives.
📖Ecclesiasticus 25:24
Of the woman came the beginning of sin, and through her, we all die.”
- Christianity loves blaming one woman (Eve) for all of humanity’s downfall, but wait, I thought “Jesus forgives all!” 🤡 If Jesus’ sacrifice cleansed sin, why do Christians still believe Eve’s actions cursed everyone? Make it make sense, And don’t say “Oh, this verse isn’t meant to degrade women”, it literally says women are the reason for sin and death, Oh, and by the way-Islam doesn’t believe Eve was the cause of all sin and death. But sure, keep defending your “peaceful” religion while ignoring the parts that attack women.
Mutual Love and Respect in Marriage: The Divine Bond Between Husband and Wife
📖Ephesians 5:25-33
“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. … In the same way, husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. … However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.”
Oh, so NOW we’re talking about love and respect? After all the verses that say women must submit, stay silent, and obey, suddenly there’s a mention of “mutual love.” But let’s break it down:
- Ephesians 5:22 – Wives, submit to your husbands. (Obedience, not equality!)
- 1 Corinthians 11:3 – The head of a woman is a man. (Hierarchy, not partnership!)
- 1 Timothy 2:11-14 – Women should stay quiet and never have authority. (Silence, not respect!)
- 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 – Women should learn at home from their husbands. (Inferiority, not wisdom!)
- Sirach 25:21-23 – A wicked wife ruins a man’s life. (Blame women for everything!)
- Luke 2:23 – Only firstborn males belong to God. (Male superiority, not equality!)
But now, when trying to sound good, Christianity suddenly remembers “love”, yet still tells wives to respect while husbands are told to love. Where’s the “obey” for husbands? Where’s the “equality”? And today, they act like they’ve “fixed” everything, giving women “freedom” through Hollywood, OnlyFans, and Netflix kisses while still exploiting them. Did that make women “first-class” now, or just a different kind of product?
Women in the Old Testament: A Life of Oppression
📖Deuteronomy 25:11-12
“If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.”
- If a woman dares to defend her husband, chop her hand off! No mercy! Because, apparently, in biblical justice, protecting your family is fine, unless you’re a woman. But hey, keep calling Islam oppressive while your book literally commands amputation for self-defense.
📖Leviticus 21:9
“If a priest’s daughter defiles herself by becoming a prostitute, she disgraces her father; she must be burned in the fire.”
- So, if a woman messes up, just set her on fire? No second chances, no forgiveness, just flames. And Christians call other religions “harsh”? Meanwhile, priests themselves committed countless abuses throughout history, yet they weren’t thrown into the fire. Ah, the double standards!
📖Leviticus 12:5
“If she gives birth to a daughter, for two weeks the woman will be unclean, as during her period. Then she must wait sixty-six days to be purified from her bleeding.”
- Wait, so having a daughter makes you twice as unclean compared to having a son? And this is supposed to be a “holy” book? Imagine believing this nonsense while screaming about gender equality.
📖Exodus 21:7-8
“If a man sells his daughter as a servant, she is not to go free as male servants do…”
- Selling daughters? Oh, but Islam oppresses women, right? Meanwhile, your book openly allows treating them as property, and they don’t even get the same rights as male servants. But I guess this is the “Christian love” that missionaries keep talking about?
📖Deuteronomy 22:28-29
“If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her, he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her.”
- Let’s get this straight: if a woman is raped, her punishment is to marry her rapist? And Christians want to act like they care about women’s rights today? Maybe if they had followed this law, Hollywood’s #MeToo movement wouldn’t have even started, since the solution would be “just marry him.”
📖Leviticus 27:5
“For a person between the ages of five and twenty, set the value of a male at twenty shekels and of a female at ten shekels.”
- Women are literally worth half a man. But go on, keep talking about how Islam oppresses women while your own scripture sets a price tag on them.
📖Exodus 21:20-21
“Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result, but they are not to be punished if the slave recovers after a day or two, since the slave is their property.”
- Slavery, Christian edition: Beat them all you want, just make sure they don’t die too quickly. And these are the same people who act morally superior today? Even the transatlantic slave trade was justified using Bible verses like this.
📖Exodus 21:10-11
“If a man takes another wife, he is still required to provide for his first wife.”
- So, polygamy was fine in the Old Testament? But Christians today act like they’ve “evolved” and criticize Islam for allowing multiple wives. Well, at least Islam requires fairness among wives—your book just treats them like leftovers.
Now, Don’t Come Crying About These Teachings
Look, these rules might have made sense in the past, people lived in different societies with different needs. But don’t pretend these verses are “holy guidance” for all time. You abandoned them because they don’t work in the modern world. Now you follow Satanic culture instead, Hollywood, OnlyFans, Netflix, kissing scenes everywhere, and you call that “women’s freedom”? Your Bible literally treated women like second-class citizens, and instead of correcting that, you swung to the other extreme, making them sexual objects instead. Bravo! You really “improved” society. 👏
